Lunasol & Grove was born from a quiet longing to live – and offer care – in closer relationship with nature, the seasons, and the subtle rhythms that guide our inner lives.
At its heart, Lunasol & Grove is a sanctuary for gentle, nature-rooted wellness. It is a place where plants, scent, ritual, and reflection come together to support emotional balance, energetic awareness, and a slower, more intentional way of living.
The name itself holds this vision:
Luna and Sol – moon and sun – symbolize balance, cycles, and return.
The Grove represents a place of refuge, growth, and connection to the living world.
Here you’ll find botanical creations such as herbal teas, salves, balms, aromatherapy blends, flower and gem essences, and seasonal offerings crafted with care. You’ll also find Nightflame Ritual, a contained ritual line rooted in the turning of the wheel, quiet magic, and intentional practice.
Lunasol & Grove is not about quick fixes or constant striving. It is about listening – to the body, to the land, to intuition – and allowing wellness to unfold gently and honestly.

About the Founder

My name is Mikaela Nadeau, and I am an alternative wellness practitioner with a deep love for plants, seasonal living, and subtle forms of healing.
My work is shaped by years of personal study, motherhood, and a lived relationship with nature. I am drawn to approaches that honor the whole person – body, mind, and energy – without force or urgency.
I am a Certified Aromatherapist, Flower Essence Practitioner, and Reiki Practitioner, continuing my path toward Clinical Herbalism with roots in Green Spirit Herbal Wisecraft. My background in yoga and embodied wellness deeply informs how I approach care – centering presence, nervous system support, and gentle, intuitive practices.
Rather than positioning myself as an authority over others, I see my role as a guide and companion – someone who offers thoughtfully crafted tools, gentle insight, and space for people to reconnect with themselves at their own pace.
Lunasol & Grove reflects this philosophy. Everything offered here is created or curated with intention, restraint, and respect – for the plants involved, for the person receiving them, and for the season of life we are all moving through.
